FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1)  How long will it take to make/receive my order?

• Normal production time is 1-3 days.  Shipping times are in addition to production and are estimated by the carrier you choose.  Delivery dates are not guarenteed.  Priority Mail 3-5 days and UPS 1-7 days (see our Shipping page).  We are located in Virginia so the closer you are to Virginia, the quicker your items will arrive.

2)  Do you ship outside the United States?

• At the present time we do not ship outside the United States.

3)  Do you offer faster shipping than UPS Ground?

• Yes, we can offer second day air, or overnight.  Please email customsportstop@yahoo.com for shipping rates.

4)  Can I see what the item will look like?

• We will gladly email a proof.  When ordering, fill out the digital proof required part of the form and and you will receive an email proof.  If a digital proof is required, a proof will be sent once an order is placed.

5)  Can I use my own logo or artwork?

• Yes, you can email your artwork to teresa@customsportstop.com or upload your artwork or logo to our file uploader.  See the information on our order form for specific details on how to send your file.
  

6)  Can you crop my image?

• Yes, based on the orientation of your artwork, (portrait or landscape), and the item you are printing on,  we can crop, enlarge or reduce your image   We prefer uncropped images as we can crop your image and get the best fit.

7)  Are there any quantity discounts?

• Yes, the quantity discount applies when you purchase more than 10 of any item.  The discount will automatically apply when you add you item to the shopping cart.

8)  Is there a minimum order?

• There are no minimum orders on any of the products in our catalog. 

8)  What form of payment do you accept?

•  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Paypal.
